Divi Residence, located in Bangalore, is a thoughtfully crafted private home built on a 30×40 site, designed to reflect both contemporary living and cultural heritage. The homeowners, hailing from Coorg, envisioned a space that subtly celebrates their roots while embracing modern residential design.
A striking Kodava feature wall, adorned with traditional Kodava weapons, forms a powerful focal element within the home—honouring legacy, identity, and craftsmanship. The residence is planned as a spacious 3-BHK with a dramatic double-height ceiling that enhances natural light and spatial openness, lending the interiors a sense of quiet luxury.
The overall design language is anchored in a sophisticated palette of beige and deep brown tones, creating warmth, balance, and timeless elegance across the interiors. Conceived in 2023 and completed in 2024, the project stands as a seamless blend of aesthetic refinement and functional planning.
